Meet Dr. Rocha

Dr Gary Rocha has been practicing full scope Optometry for nearly 20 years, with an emphasis on fitting contact lenses including multifocal/bifocal contact lenses. He has extensive experience in family eye care including dry eye management, computer vision problem-solving and treatment of ocular disease. Growing up in Toronto, Canada, he received his bachelors degree from the University of Guelph, and then Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in Fort Lauderdale.

After moving to Manhattan, NY where he currently lives, Dr Rocha enjoys traveling abroad with family and friends. He is also a cellist in the New York Centre Symphony Orchestra where he has been a member for over 15 years.

Rocha Family Eyecare is also a proud sponsor and provider for OneSight. OneSight is an organization that helps provide free eye exams to low income children and adults in the community.
